At Beautique Fragrances, we want you to love your signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully place the fragrance in its original designer packaging and protective outer box to ensure the delicate glass bottle remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
